Le Café in Pirna

We went here at coffee time, sat outside and were very pleased. The coffee was very good and the cake 🥧 was absolutely delicious. The service was up to date, nice, helpful and quick. And something else important, everything was very clean and tidy, outdoors, in the café and in the toilets 🚽. Highly Recommended.

To charge EUR 5.40 for a small panini that is no bigger than a normal bread roll is cheeky. Price / performance is out of proportion here

We went to eat ice cream today, we thought at least there was nothing wrong with the food, but sorry the waitress was really the last. I will never visit this coffee again !!!

The café pays a lot. Unfortunately. Although very cozy, sundaes come very late (1 hour waiting time) or not at all.

Not going well for the team today. There is not much to choose from the service staff and there is a lot of catching up to do with the guests. The waiting time until the order, the right ordered products and ultimately until the payment is clearly too long. Some guests have left again, others have waited patiently for up to an hour. When billing, there were also differences in the final amount due to confusion. Too bad, but with the appropriate evaluation, the team will be able to solve the problem, which obviously does not always occur. (Positive reviews)

40 minutes for 2 sundaes. At the next table order completely forgotten. Another sundae forgotten sundae. Even if a lot is going on it has to work. And if Kiwikelch is on the map it can not be that it says "we have taken out of the program". Sunday 13.10.2019

Unfortunately, I had to go without ice again, because I still had it after 1.5 hours and then I was half past six then the appetite for ice had passed. There was no excuse, just an annoyed waitress, who did not know why everything took so long because they "actually do not have so much sales today". Sure, when half of the customers go back, because they are not served ... I am very disappointed, in former times people liked to go to Le Café.

Order yogurt cups with FRESH WOOD FRUITS and get one with frozen berries. On request, it was rumgeeiert and pointed out that you can not go out every day in the woods to pick fresh berries. One was not aware of any guilt about the wrong declaration on the card and did not apologize. Great service on the customer

No homemade waffles! They are probably baked on Mondays, then cooled and only heated on order (statement from the service !!). Coffee with coffee grounds 😮 Panini very small and expensive! Much is no longer available (no spaghetti ice cream, no more waffles, ...) and that on Sunday at half past three 🙄 Service not that nice. A pity.......

Nice ice cream parlor in a pleasant old town atmosphere. The food and drinks are presented attractively in the cards. The price / performance ratio is absolutely right here. The staff serving us several times were all very nice and polite - therefore unrestricted recommendation!
